- a £2.45 donation to the Charity for every Chalice sold during the Promotional Period; and
- a £0.05 donation to the Charity for every pint of Stella Artois sold at participating Café Rogue outlets between 1 March 2019 and 20 April 2019 inclusive.
The total donation that AB InBev will make to the Charity as part of the Campaign is subject to a “Donation Cap”.
In respect of sales of Promotional Packs, AB InBev will donate up to a maximum of £30,000 to the Charity. Once the Donation Cap is reached, AB InBev will update the website [www.stellaartois.com/en_gb/water/terms-conditions] to confirm that the Donation Cap has been reached.
Use of Donations
The Charity has confirmed to AB InBev that each purchase under the Campaign is sufficient to help provide access to clean water for the number of people and for the time period communicated in AB InBev’s promotional materials, as follows:
- 1 Promotional Pack or 1 pint of Stella Artois (donation of £0.05) is equivalent to providing 1 month of clean water for 1 person in the developing world; and
- 1 Chalice (donation of £2.45) is equivalent to providing 5 years of clean water for 1 person in the developing world.
AB InBev accepts no liability whatsoever for any miscalculation on behalf of the Charity in respect of these estimates.
All products as part of this Campaign are only available for sale to consumers aged 18 years or above.
These terms and conditions (and the Campaign itself) apply to sales to consumers within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) only.
All currencies stated in these terms and conditions refer to Great British Pounds (GBP).
Trademarks, service marks or logos that appear in relation to the Campaign, Promotional Packs or Chalices and/or its associated products, including but not limited to those of AB InBev’s and the Charity, are the property of their respective owners and are likely to be registered trademarks and subject to restrictions as to their use. They must not be used without the express permission of the intellectual property right owner.
