"When it comes to having a party, go bold, be extravagant, go over the top! Have an extravaganza!"
When you’re planning your party, consider the location. Where will you have it? A funky warehouse? A museum? A special garden tucked away from the fray? The terrace of your penthouse? To add an air of mystery, keep the location a secret until the last minute, or better yet, plan it ahead of time in a far flung location. Think of the most extravagant location you can dream up—a centuries-old castle, a private beach, an enchanting cottage on the sea, a tower high above a city—and make it a reality. Your guests will be thrilled and surprised to be invited to such a unique gathering.
At the gathering, dress over the top, decorate dramatically, use the best dishes, bring out those beer chalices, play music to delight and inspire your guests—and serve the most extravagant meal your guests could ever imagine.
As the host extraordinaire, dream up some exciting activities for your guests. They could: wear their fanciest clothes, don creative hats, dress up according to a theme, create their own cocktails, engage in a dance or singing contest, partake in some sort of artistic activity...let your imagination run wild.
Having an extravagant event is infinitely better than hosting an everyday, run-of-the-mill party, don’t you agree? Being bold means you can challenge your guests, stir their senses, surprise them with whimsy, challenge their expectations—ensuring that this is one party they will never forget.
