If you’re having a gathering by the sea, as we are here, your meal can emphasize the vibrance of summer produce and the bounty of the sea, perfectly paired with Stella Artois.
As you plan your event, pay particular attention to the concept so that everything fares well together. For this seaside concept, the settings are white and clean, in order to provide the proper background for the foods to shine. We used handwritten menus, hand-thrown ceramic serving ware, and a simple tabletop where the food will be served family style. All of this is meant to inspire a sense of comfort and an opportunity to dine al fresco, for hours, lingering as the sun sets over the sea. This meal is a celebration of summer and the ease that comes along with the season.
