ENJOY A CHEF-INSPIRED TASTE OF HOME

We’ve partnered with chef’s across the country to create dishes that remind them of their favourite home-cooked holiday meals.
Discover the stories behind the dishes and support through Rally For Restaurants tonight!

CHEF SIMON LABORDE

Taste of Home Meal
Enjoy a delicious and tender 36h braised Quebec Beef Short Rib served with a delicious Stella Artois sauce.

Simon Laborde, executive chef at Les Enfants Terribles, has prepared a generous and comforting Feast to celebrate the Holidays. The perfectly balanced menu is inspired by tradition and modernity, with local produce proudly presented.

CHEF DAVE WONG

Taste of Home Meal
Ready-to-heat family style dinner featuring oven roasted turkey breast, homemade Bread pudding, fluffy mashed potatoes And caramelized Brussels sprouts.

“This meal reminds me of the holidays growing up on Vancouver Island preparing dishes with my parents in the kitchen. We have a large family which comes together for the holidays and turkey dinner reminds me of that. This dinner is such an important part of our celebration to reconnect with the people who are important in my life.”

CHEF CHRIS LOCKE

Taste of Home Meal
This festive 4 course meal has you covered from snacks til dessert! The Chicken Ballantine isinexplicably juicy and the apricot & herb stuffing just might be the best you've ever had. We've sliced, spiced, seasoned, and stuffed so that there's nothing left for you to do but reheat and rejoice!

“Roast chicken was always the main feature on our table at Christmas. The skin was crispy and there was often a fight over the dark meat. On the side, there was sage and onion stuffing, made from a packet, but nevertheless, crispy and delicious.”
