1. The free Belgian Chalice Glass promotion (the "Promotion") is open to UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents aged 18 years or over.
2. This Promotion is by InBev UK Limited, Porter Tun House, 500 Capability Green, Luton LU1 3LS (the "Promoter").
3. The Promotion starts on 16/08/10 and closes at midnight on 31/12/10.
4. One free 25cl Chalice Glass ("Chalice Glass") with every two promotional packs purchased.
5. Entries from agents, third parties or consumer groups will not be accepted. Bulk entries will not be accepted.
6. Promotional packs are as follows:
Stella Artois 5% bottles
15x 284ml and 18x 284ml packs.
There is one special code (the "Code") per pack. Codes can be found on the back of cardboard promotional packs only. Two Codes are required for entry. Entrants may be required to send in the Code from their promotional packs to verify their claim(s).
7. To enter online, visit www.stellaartois.com/wdm2010. Entrants will be required to enter two promotional pack Codes and contact details, including full name, email address and chosen delivery address for where we should send the Chalice Glass.
8. One entry per valid email address per week. For the purposes of this Promotion, a week is any sequential 7 days which ends at midnight on the 7th day.
9. Four Chalice Glasses may be redeemed per household. The Chalice Glasses are subject to availability and may differ slightly from those shown in pictures.
10. Upon completing a valid entry which complies with these terms and conditions, entrants will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided. From receipt of this confirmation email, the Chalice Glass will arrive within thirty (30) days.
11. All glasses will be delivered via second-class mail to the delivery address provided. Entrants will be asked to provide a delivery address rather than a home address, so someone can accept the parcel as it will not fit though a standard letterbox.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Chalice Glass with item(s) of an equal or greater value if circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter make this unavoidable.
13. The Chalice Glass or its alternative must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part in connection with this Promotion.
14. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of administering this Promotion. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a result of or in connection with this Promotion and/or the prize (in contract, negligence or otherwise) where:
- there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant;
- the loss or damage is not a reasonably forseeable result of any such breach; or
- any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these terms and conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage; and
- business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers and any other third party.
16. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to introduce this Promotion to other product lines and to extend the closing date of the Promotion at its sole discretion without notice.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this Promotion at its sole discretion at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
19. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process or fulfill any application.
20. The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant of the Promotion for any fraud committed by any third party nor in an event beyond its control, including, but not limited to any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant's entry to the Promotion.
21. The Promoter's decision will be final in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. These terms and conditions are subject to the Laws of England and Wales and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
